Day Trip to Kokand, Fergana Valley

Tour itinerary:

Tashkent – Kokand – Tashkent

After breakfast, begin your tour of the Kokand to Fergana Valley - once the capital of the entire Kokand Khanate. You’ll head to the Tashkent Railway Station at 07:00 am. Your train will depart at 07:55 and arrive in Kokand at 12:05.

Your guide will meet you at the train station to start your city tour of Kokand. Your tour will include:

• Excursion to the Palace of Khudoyar-Khan, an impressive 19th century mosque and most famous attraction in Kokand;
• Kokand Regional Studies Museum;
• Visit Jami (Djami) Mosque and minaret, the iconic centerpiece of Chorsu Square;
• Kamol-Kazy Madrasah;
• Tour of Norbutabiy Madrasah, built in the 18th century yet serving as a functional madrasah even today.

Drive back to Kokand train station at 16:30 to catch a train to Tashkent at 17:35. Arrive in Tashkent at 21:40, where your tour will end and the driver drops you off at your hotel/home.

3. Economy-class ticket for train from Tashkent to Kokand, Kokand to Tashkent;
4. Transport throughout the city tour in Kokand;
5. Train station transfer in Tashkent.

The starting time of the tour is up to you and may vary from 09.00 am to 16.00 pm.
