Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was adopted on August 30, 1995. Kazakhstan approved the presidential form of government, and also declared itself a democratic, secular and legal state, the highest values of which are people, their lives, rights and freedoms. After the adoption of the current Constitution, it was amended three times, in 1998, 2007 and 2011.
