The fastest train in Uzbekistan, capable of delivering passengers from Tashkent to Samarkand in just over 2 hours. These high-speed trains were ordered from the Spanish company Talgo and are equipped with modern conveniences including comfortable seating, a climate control system and accommodations for passengers with disabilities. Afrosiyob Trains run from Tashkent to Samarkand before heading in one of two directions: west to Bukhara or southwest to Karshi.
