Avan Villa's terrace can hold 60 diners, and has a unique Armenian tonir, used to bake fresh Armenian bread on special occasions.

Rooms showcase exclusive hand-made furniture and interior furnishing by talented Armenian craftsmen who used local and traditional materials.
