From March, 21 till March, 23rd, 2012 OrexCA.com marketing department head participated in MITT 2012 fair – Russia and the CIS leading tourist event.
This year for the first time Uzbekistan has been presented here by the united stand that speaks about escalating interest from the Russian tourists to this more likely a little forgotten other than new tourist destination which used to be known, and also it shows activity of the National Company “Uzbektourism” which has organized the stand, and of some tour operators from Uzbekistan (it is necessary to notice that at the time of Soviet Union Samarkand was the second place of sightseeing visits after Leningrad which has been visiting by Muscovites and inhabitants of other cities of RSFSR).
Also our marketing expert has taken part in 4th Conference on the information technologies, passing at МITT 2012 level, and in presentation of touristic potential of Uzbekistan, organized by Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Russian Federation.
The meeting in Embassy has been perfectly planned: at first greeting speech of the ambassador, a range of representatives from Moscow business associations and skilled tour operators of both countries. The concert with participation of Uzbekistan stage music stars and representatives of the Uzbek Diasporas from different regions of Russia. This concert was devoted to Navruz – the Central Asian New year, and certainly further has followed, excellent Uzbek palov with a buffet table which has finished this amazing holiday.
