Oriental Express CA Ltd., with a statutory fund of US $55,000, was established in November, 2003 to manage all the activities of OrexCA.com and to provide high quality tourism services in the region (Uzbektourism license N 037-04, Certificate N 005334). It expanded rapidly over the following months and has developed a fully functioning, integrated chain of partners, providing high quality tourism services in every region of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia & Armenia.

Oriental Express CA Ltd. (trade marks OrexCA.com and Оtpusk.uz) - is the first and at the present time only one tourism Company in Uzbekistan and Central Asia that has succeeded in introduction of quality management system as per ISO 9001:2008. The Company's Head Office is based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan and employs 24 multilingual permanent staff, four of whom hold MBA degrees and one is intermational employee.

Our concept is to appoint an exclusive Incoming Travel Company Partner in each country to offer a wide variety of services and provide quality tours along the Great Silk Road, as well as separate travel services. At present, working with professional partners in many cities and regions of the Central Asia & Transcaucasia, we are pleased to offer our customers a wide range of tourism services, combined with a high level of personal service.

The prices we are offering, particularly the hotel rates, are often 40-60% lower than Rack rates. We also place a high emphasis on choosing transportation means, tour guides, restaurants and other service providers, working with only the best; however, due to reduced internal costs, the high professionalism of our staff, effective arrangements with local partners and a general client-friendly approach, we are able to offer our valued customers competitive prices for all our products.

Experience & Personal Service: as a specialist Tour Operator, we take a personal interest in all our clients and take great pride in the satisfaction of our customers. Our itineraries are innovative and each trip has been thoroughly researched. We have an intimate knowledge of our products and we personally check all the details, which will make your travel special.

Quickness & Reliability: all processing of business letters, elaboration of itineraries and routes and reservations are handled by one of our staff within 24 hours (excluding Sunday). If some operation requires more time, we will inform our client immediately. Responsible person will not finish his/her working day if he/she has any non-replied request or booking. We also always try to offer several alternatives. For instance, if a requested hotel is fully booked, we will endeavor to find a suitable alternative, even during the high season.

Confidence: our Privacy Policy, and our pledge, is that all information submitted to us by our customers or partners is completely confidential and any special rates and negotiations have never, and will never be made available to a third party for any reason.
