| Job Description: |
|
Provide personal assistance to travelers and their special enquires escorting travelers; |
|
Provide travelers with all necessary information about their tour, city services etc.; |
|
Make sure services are in place to respond to day-to-day tourism enquiries; |
|
Regularly report to management on the status of the tours and guests satisfaction; |
|
Liaison with the external suppliers for the allied services through external agents. |

| Desired Profile: |
|
Knowledge in the travel related areas; |
|
Fluency in at least two languages - Russian and English. Urdu and Hindi are a big preference; |
|
Should be a passionate serviceman; |
|
Excellent in product knowledge, Tashkent city tourism infrastructure & packages etc.; |
|
Need to be able to work with travelers from all over the world, and be able to attract people to make return visits, thus requiring them to be friendly, creative, dynamic, have good communication and organization skills etc.; |
|
Excellent communication skills; |
|
Excellent customer service and organizational skills for this part-time position in a fast-paced environment; |
|
Must be able to work weekends, evenings, holidays and weekdays; |
|
Operational Assistant will work mostly in the field - Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Charvak-Chimgan area. |
