Description: Travel by bike in Uzbekistan. Tour package consists of a combination of biking, natural, historical and cultural components. Tour is 100% vehicle and guide supported. Travel consists of a mountain tour on bicycles and three days of hotel accommodation in Tashkent city and Charvak reservoir.

The mountains of the Western Tian-Shan are not only a beautiful place for trekking, but are also very convenient for amazing riding on mountain bicycles. A number of mountain roads, both paved and dirt, wind through scenic locations and are able to satisfy the interests of the most adventurous traveler. This mountain tour on bicycles covers an extensive area of the Western Tian Shan. Its active part travels along mountain roads and tracks along the important rivers of the region - the Pskem, Oygaing, Koksu and Chatkal, at the junction forming the Charvak reservoir.
In 1960^s and 70^s, geologists developed this area comprehensively and there are many roads , leading deeply into gorges which remain from their activity.
Some of these roads havent been used for several years and have practically turned into tracks, on which vehicle traffic is impossible, but they are very convenient for mountain bicycles. Aside from all the splendor of the nature in this region are many historical monuments left from the time of primitive inhabitants. Petroglyphs and archaeological sites will make this trip even more memorable and breathtaking.

Travel itinerary: Tashkent - Pskem mountain range - Oygaing river - Weather station Maydantal - Pskem village - Badaksay river - Charvak reservior - Tashkent

Day 1: Arrival in Tashkent airport. transfer to hotel. Accommodation in hotel. Lunch. Tour around Tashkent city: visit to Kukeldash Madrasah (16^th c.), complex of the Last Imam, and Oriental market Chor-Su. Dinner. Overnight in Tashkent.

Day 2: Breakfast. Transfer to Sergely airport. Flight via helicopter from Tashkent to the Pskem mountain range - the headwaters of the Oygaing River (the junction of the Shovursay and Tastarsay Rivers, 1 hr. 20 min). This is the beginning of the active part of the tour.
Camp #1 (2450 m). Dinner. Overnight stay in tents.

Day 3: Breakfast. Drive to the junction of the Koksu and Oygaing Rivers (Oygaing avalanche station, 20 km). Cross the suspension bridge to the right bank of the Oygaing River.
Camp #2. Dinner. Overnight stay in tents.

Day 4: Breakfast. Traverse (on foot) of the Ayutor East Glacier (6 hrs).
Camp #2. Dinner. Overnight stay in tents.

Day 5: Breakfast. Ride to the junction of the Maydantal and Oygaing Rivers (Weather station Maydantal, 30 km).
Camp #3. Dinner. Overnight stay in tents.

Day 6: Breakfast. Ride to the Badaksay Gorge, on through the Pskem village (50 km).
Camp #4 which is on the banks of the Badaksay River. Dinner. Overnight stay in tents.

Day 7: Breakfast. Descend to Charvak reservoir. Ride through the small mountain villages of Nanay, Bogustan, Brichmulla, and across the bridges of the Pskem River (suspension bridges), Koksu River, Chatkal River (70 km). Accommodation in Hotel Charvak Oromgohi (***). Dinner. Overnight in Charvak.

Day 8: Breakfast. Freetime on Charvak Lake shore. Lunch. Transfer to Tashkent (2 hrs). Accommodation in hotel. Dinner. Overnight in Tashkent.

Day 9: Breakfast. Transfer to Tashkent airport for international flight to next destination (according to time table).
